Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By downloading, installing, or using OrderPage (“the app”, “the service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

OrderPage lets you (“the seller”) create an order form, share a public link and QR code, and receive formatted orders from your customers (“buyers”) through WhatsApp. OrderPage is a tool that helps create and deliver order messages; it is not a payment processor, marketplace, or party to any transaction between you and your buyers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the app. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your business.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your business name, prices, item descriptions, stock status, and contact number.
• You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, handling payments, delivery, refunds, taxes, and any disputes with buyers.
• You agree not to use the app to sell illegal goods or services, to defraud, spam, or harass anyone, or to violate any third party’s rights.
• You must keep your private recovery code secure. Anyone with your recovery code can edit your form. We are not liable for misuse resulting from a shared or leaked recovery code.

4. No account

OrderPage does not require an account or password. Access to your form is controlled by your form ID and recovery code. Treat these as confidential.

5. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

• OrderPage offers an optional subscription with a 3-day free trial.
• After the trial, plans are billed as Monthly (₹299/month) or Yearly (₹1999/year), or the then-current prices shown in the app.
• Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play’s terms. Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription auto-renews at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
• Except where required by law or by Google Play policy, payments are non-refundable.

6. Buyer orders

Orders are transmitted as WhatsApp messages from the buyer to the seller. OrderPage does not store, process, guarantee, or take responsibility for order contents, delivery, or payment. Any contract for goods or services is strictly between the seller and the buyer.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Play, and WhatsApp. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third parties.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its branding are owned by BinaryScript. You retain ownership of the content you add to your form. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating your order form.

9. Availability and changes

We provide the app on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, and we may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderPage is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BinaryScript shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost orders, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BinaryScript harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your products or services, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your form by emailing nk92.iit@gmail.com.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
